Jacob Kayfes, head coach. Cottage Grove, Minnesota, and a UW–River Falls graduate

Eight years of ninja. He coaches the way he trains: one obstacle, broken into mini goals, until it clicks.

Bee, Scott, Finn and Brooks Furlong. The chickens stayed home

A River Falls family that spends every weekend outside, building the gym they wanted for their own kids.
Bee and Scott Furlong watched their boys, Finn and Brooks, grow braver one obstacle at a time. They love this town, they spend their weekends outdoors, and they want every kid here to get that feeling without a long drive.
That is the whole idea of the gym. Coaches split every obstacle into mini goals you can tick off: hang for five seconds, then swing, then reach. Kids leave each class with one thing they couldn’t do when they walked in, and parents get to see it happen.
Get the frog across the course and up the wall. Hop with the arrow keys, or swipe on a phone. Every gap you clear is one more lane, the same way our classes work.
Join the waitlist and you’ll hear the opening date first, get first pick of class times and an invite to the opening open gym. One email when there is news, nothing else.

We’ll email you when we set the opening date. Until then, the frog game is right above.
