Your details, kept small

This page covers the Wild Ninja Gym website and waitlist. We will publish a fuller policy for the member app before it opens.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep your name, email, town if you give it, the age groups and programs you check, and the date you signed up. Our server also sees your IP address for a short time to stop spam, and does not store it.

What we do with it

We use it to email you about the gym opening, class times and programs you said you were interested in, and to plan how many classes to run for each age group. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.

Where it lives

The waitlist is stored with Cloudflare, which runs this website. When you sign up, the gym team gets an email with your details so someone can follow up.

Cookies

The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Frog Run keeps your best score on your own device only.

Leaving the list

Email wild@wildninjagymrf.com and we’ll remove you, usually within a few days.
